Restaurant India News: Conan Beer Launches 8 Percent ABV Conan Platinum Strong Lager in Delhi

Conan Beer has expanded its portfolio with the launch of Conan Platinum, an 8 percent ABV premium strong lager, marking its entry into India's evolving premium beer segment. The product has been introduced in Delhi, targeting consumers seeking a strong beer with a balanced flavour profile and smoother finish.

The new lager combines notes of toasted grain and subtle caramel with balanced hop bitterness, followed by a crisp finish. The beer also features fruity estery aromas, light floral notes, and an amber-gold appearance. According to the company, the product has been developed to deliver a full-bodied texture while minimising the alcohol aftertaste associated with the strong beer category.

The launch reflects growing demand for premium offerings within India's beer market, where consumers are increasingly looking for products that combine strength with flavour and drinkability.

The brand was founded by Arvind Bajaj, an entrepreneur with business interests spanning exports, lifestyle, hospitality and real estate, who developed Conan Platinum after identifying changing consumer preferences in the premium beer segment.

Arvind Bajaj, Founder of Conan Beer, said, "The premium beer consumer today is looking beyond strength alone. They value flavour, balance and overall drinking experience just as much. With Conan Platinum, our endeavour was to create a beer that delivers a bold 8 percent ABV while remaining incredibly smooth, flavourful and easy to drink. Every element, from its aroma and texture to its finish, has been thoughtfully crafted to offer a premium experience that stands apart in the strong beer category."

Conan Platinum is now available across Delhi at an MRP of Rs 135 for a 500 ml can. The launch strengthens the brand's presence in the premium strong beer category as competition continues to intensify across India's alcoholic beverage market.
