Specialty café brand ButterBrews has expanded its presence in Pune with the launch of a new large-format café in Aundh. The new outlet has been developed as a larger hospitality format aimed at accommodating everyday dining, coffee consumption, and extended guest stays.
The café has been developed after several months of planning, construction, and menu refinement. The format integrates a structured layout, a premium all-day menu, and a coffee program positioned as the core element of the brand’s offering.
ButterBrews, Aundh has been structured with multiple seating zones to allow guests to choose between different environments within the property. The space includes a dedicated indoor section for regular dining, a non-smoking outdoor area designed with an amphitheater-style layout, and a separate smoking section located away from the primary seating zones to maintain comfort for all guests.
The outlet operates with an all-day menu built around fresh ingredients. The menu includes breakfast selections, healthy bowls, and balanced meals. Vegan options are also incorporated across categories as part of the broader menu structure.
Coffee remains central to the brand’s identity at the new café, with beverages prepared using 100 percent Arabica beans. In addition to the house coffee program, ButterBrews has partnered with guest roasters such as Tulum Coffee Roasters and Ground Zero Coffee Roasters to offer manually brewed specialty coffees that rotate periodically.
The dessert and bakery offerings are supplied through ButterBrews’ in-house bakehouse. Signature items include Basque cheesecake and cinnamon rolls, which continue to remain popular with guests across locations.
