Spice Route Restaurant & Catering, New Jersey, has promoted Deepak Giri Goswami to the position of Director of Food & Beverage, following his approximately 2.5 years with the organization and his contribution to operational development and guest experience initiatives.
The appointment comes as the company continues to strengthen its leadership team and expand its presence in the regional hospitality market. During his tenure at Spice Route, Goswami has been involved in improving restaurant operations, customer engagement, and supporting business growth efforts.
With more than 25 years of experience across the USA, Europe, the UAE, and Asia, Goswami brings extensive expertise in restaurant management, food and beverage operations, business development, and hospitality leadership. Throughout his career, he has managed large-scale restaurant operations with a focus on operational efficiency, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations, operational planning, business development activities, customer engagement strategies, and brand growth across the Stroudsburg and Pocono regions.
Earlier in his career, he worked in leadership roles at Tivoli Grand Resort Hotel and was a member of the opening team at The Great Kebab Factory, Punjabi Bagh. These assignments helped build his expertise in food operations, menu development, hygiene compliance, team leadership, and customer service management.
Over the years, Goswami has developed experience in HACCP implementation, cost management, vendor relations, workforce development, and operational planning. Industry observers note that his promotion reflects a broader trend within the restaurant sector, where operators are increasingly relying on experienced hospitality professionals with international exposure to drive operational performance and support long-term business growth.
