Azula Asian Bistro & Café has expanded its presence in Delhi with the launch of a new outlet in Shivalik, introducing a café-led format designed around compact dining, menu-driven experiences, and Pan-Asian cuisine with global influences.
The new Shivalik outlet has been positioned as a more intimate extension of the brand, with a focus on indoor dining and a streamlined hospitality format catering to both casual and extended dining occasions. The restaurant features a simplified design approach aimed at comfortable and functional dining experiences for urban consumers.
The menu continues to build on Azula’s Pan-Asian positioning, with signature dishes such as sizzling stone pot and volcano sushi remaining central to the offering. The café has also expanded its menu mix with globally inspired small plates, salads, and desserts, including dishes like Goma-ae burrata salad and apple pie wontons with salted caramel.
The restaurant concept is led by Manu Chadha and Nisha Kakumanu Chadha, whose experience across hotel groups and restaurants in India and the United States has shaped the brand’s operational and culinary approach.
The new outlet operates through lunch from 12 PM to 4 PM and dinner from 6 PM to midnight. With an average cost for two of approximately Rs 1800, the café is targeting consumers seeking premium casual dining experiences in South Delhi.
In addition to regular dining, the Shivalik outlet has also been designed to host private events and celebrations, with a capacity to accommodate groups ranging from 50 to 150 guests.
The expansion comes at a time when hospitality operators in metro cities are increasingly exploring smaller-format, experience-led café concepts to cater to changing consumer dining preferences and rising demand for premium casual dining options.
