Restaurant India News: Yoichi by Shiro Brings Vietnamese Hotpot Experience to Bengaluru’s Manyata Tech Park

Yoichi by Shiro is strengthening its Southeast Asian culinary offerings with an expanded focus on Vietnamese cuisine at its Manyata Tech Park outlet in Bengaluru.

The restaurant has introduced a Vietnamese-led dining experience centred around its signature Vietnamese Hotpot, available daily from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Positioned as a communal dining format, the offering targets both corporate diners and evening consumers within the tech park ecosystem.

The hotpot concept allows guests to prepare ingredients directly at the table using broth-based cooking, with the restaurant focusing on lighter and herb-forward flavour profiles associated with Vietnamese cuisine. Unlike traditional spice-heavy hotpot formats, the broth features a tomato and basil base designed to deliver a lighter and more aromatic dining experience.

Customers can choose from protein options including white fish, prawns, and chicken, along with vegetarian selections such as tofu, mushrooms, and bok choy. Each hotpot set is accompanied by vegetables and noodle options including rice stick noodles and bean thread noodles.

Alongside the hotpot experience, the menu also includes Vietnamese-inspired small plates and meal bowls aimed at expanding consumer interest in Southeast Asian flavours. Key offerings include Vietnamese Vegetable Dumpling, Vietnamese Jumbo Prawns, Vietnamese Pho Chicken Salad, and Bun Cha.

The restaurant’s latest menu direction reflects the growing demand for regional Asian cuisine formats in urban dining markets, particularly among younger consumers and professionals seeking lighter, experience-driven meal options.

Located within one of Bengaluru’s major commercial hubs, Manyata Tech Park continues to see increasing hospitality and foodservice activity as restaurants adapt menus to cater to evolving workplace dining patterns and late-night consumption trends.
