Atelier V, Indore's casual fine dining restaurant with a cocktail bar, has introduced a new 0 percent ABV beverage menu, expanding its drinks portfolio to cater to consumers seeking alcohol-free alternatives without moving away from a cocktail-style experience.
The new menu features six alcohol-free drinks developed using techniques commonly associated with cocktail preparation, including house-made saccharums, tonics, sodas, brines, tinctures, fruit foams and flavoured airs. Each beverage is paired with a complementary snack, while guests also have the option to add a recommended spirit if they prefer an alcoholic version.
The collection includes drinks such as "The One That Wanted Mezcal," made with guava, in-house celery tonic and chilli coriander salt, paired with a spiced guava tart, and "What the F* is a Virgin Colada?"**, which combines coconut, pineapple and saffron and is served with tres leches cake.
Other offerings include "This Would've Been Bourbon's Finest Hour," a coffee-based drink served with a kouign amann, "The PG-13 Paloma," paired with a bamboo shoot wonton, "Lowkey Needs Tequila," accompanied by a mini corn tart, and "Be a Darling, Order the Gin," served with a cheese croquette.
Vedant Newatia, Founder, Atelier V, said, "What makes a great cocktail isn't the alcohol; it's the balance, the technique, the texture, and the overall experience. We wanted to give zero-proof drinks that same level of respect, and every drink on this menu has been made the way we would for any cocktail at Atelier V. Picking the names was our way of having a bit of fun with it, a nod to the cocktails that inspired them and to our own tongue-in-cheek approach to zero-proof drinking."
The launch adds to Atelier V's beverage programme, which has expanded since the restaurant opened in 2024. Its offerings include 101 classic cocktails, the "Around the World in 12 Cocktails" menu inspired by international flavours, and a bar takeover programme that has hosted more than 18 national and international bars.
With the addition of the 0 percent ABV collection, Atelier V is further broadening its beverage portfolio by offering alcohol-free options alongside its existing cocktail programme.
