All Sett Go (ASG) Sports Bar has entered the competitive Mumbai hospitality market with a new outlet at Infiniti Mall, introducing a stadium-style viewing format aimed at combining sports consumption with social dining. The concept reflects a growing industry trend where food and beverage operators are investing in experience-led formats to increase customer engagement and dwell time.
The outlet has been designed to replicate a stadium-like environment, integrating tiered seating and a large-format 16 ft x 9 ft LED display capable of accommodating 80+ guests. The interiors incorporate references to sports personalities such as Major Dhyan Chand and Muhammad Ali, positioning the space around nostalgia and fan culture. The format focuses on group viewing, aiming to convert live sports screenings into a shared, high-energy experience.
In addition to the physical setup, the brand has introduced a QR-based loyalty program structured to drive repeat visits. The program offers incentives such as discounts, free mocktails, and complimentary appetisers or desserts, aligning with broader industry practices around customer retention and data-led engagement.
The offering is built around shareable formats and high-margin casual dining items. Dishes include variants such as cheesy toast-based starters, flavoured chicken strips, loaded fries, and burgers, supported by smoked and grilled mains. The beverage program includes cocktails and pitchers designed for group consumption, while dessert options such as tub cakes add to average ticket size. The overall menu strategy indicates a focus on volume-driven dining supported by experiential positioning.
“With its seamless blend of bold flavours, engaging design, and community-driven philosophy, ASG positions itself as more than just a dining destination it is a home for fans. ‘At ASG, we wanted to go beyond the idea of a typical sports bar and create a space where people can truly connect over their love for the game, where every cheer feels louder, every moment more exciting, and everyone feels like they belong,’ said, Rohan Mathur, Managing Director, All Sett Go. We set out to build a place where sport is not just watched, but experienced together, creating a sense of community that goes beyond the game.”
Industry experts highlight that such formats are gaining traction in metro cities, where consumers are seeking integrated entertainment and dining experiences rather than standalone food outlets. By combining large-format screening, themed interiors, and loyalty-led engagement, All Sett Go (ASG) Sports Bar is positioning itself within the premium casual dining segment, targeting sports-driven footfall and group occasions.
