Rebel Foods has expanded its partnership with Naturals Ice Cream through Rebel Launcher, its brand development initiative, taking the ice cream brand to 77 cloud kitchen outlets across India. The partnership uses Rebel Foods' kitchen infrastructure, technology and supply chain network to increase Naturals' reach in the food delivery market without requiring standalone outlets in every location.
The association began with a pilot in Delhi in 2020 and has since expanded across markets including Bengaluru, Gujarat, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Delhi NCR. In 2026, Naturals also extended its presence to Chennai, Hyderabad and Punjab, with further expansion planned through the partnership.
Naturals Ice Cream, known for its three-ingredient approach using fruit, milk and sugar, initially introduced a limited menu on the delivery platform. Its selection has since expanded to include some of the brand's popular flavours, making them available to customers through Rebel Foods' network.
Ankur Sharma, Co-founder at Rebel Foods, said, “Rebel Launcher signifies our desire to establish a food brand development ecosystem that is collaborative. Through collaborations with well-known brands such as Natural Ice Cream, we will assist them to operate in geographies without wasting resources as we provide them with the infrastructure, technologies, and extensive operational experience of Rebel Foods.”
Siddhant Kamath, Director at the Naturals Ice Cream, said, “Our association with Rebel foods has helped in propelling the Naturals ice cream experience a notch higher. We have been able to expand effectively in the country with the help of their large network of cloud kitchen and technology driven operating systems and preserve the brand reputation our customers look forward to. This partnership has enabled us to reach out to more people than ever and we view this as a strategic partnership that we will build on in the long run, which will see our growth onward.”
Through Rebel Launcher, partner brands can access the company's cloud kitchen network, integrated supply chain and technology-led operating systems. The model is designed to support market entry and delivery operations while allowing partner brands to focus on product development and brand management. Data-led insights are also used to assess performance across locations.
The Naturals partnership adds to Rebel Launcher's existing network of brand associations, which includes EasyBites, ITC, Taco Bell, WOW! Momo, Biryani Blues, Papa Johns, Daryaganj, Chaipoint, Smoor, Anand Sweets & Savouries, The Cheesecake Factory and Mad Over Donuts.
