Radisson Blu Greater Noida Strengthens Outdoor Catering Services in Delhi NCR

Radisson Blu Greater Noida has expanded its outdoor catering operations across Delhi NCR, targeting growing demand from weddings, corporate events, private celebrations and institutional gatherings. The hotel is extending its food and beverage services beyond its property, offering end-to-end catering solutions at client-selected venues.

The move comes as India's events and celebrations sector continues to expand. Industry estimates value the country's wedding and events industry at more than Rs 5 lakh crore, while the organised catering segment is witnessing sustained double-digit growth. Demand is being driven by destination weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, educational institutions and customised venue-based gatherings.

In the Delhi NCR region, expanding residential developments, corporate hubs, educational institutions and infrastructure projects, including the upcoming Noida International Airport, are contributing to increased demand for professional catering services.

Drawing on more than 14 years of banquet and event management experience, Radisson Blu Greater Noida is offering catering services for events ranging from 50 to more than 1,000 guests. The operation is led by Director of Culinary Chef Anuj Kapoor and includes dedicated culinary and food and beverage teams deployed at event venues.

The catering portfolio includes customised international and Indian menus, live food stations, festival-specific offerings, cocktail and hi-tea menus, corporate meal boxes, Jain and vegan selections, and customised dietary options. The hotel said all food is prepared in an FSSAI-certified kitchen and transported using temperature-controlled logistics systems.
