Oberoi Realty Adds Dining Destination to Goregaon’s International Business Park

Oberoi Realty has launched OGC – Cafés. Restaurants. Bars. at International Business Park (IBP) in Oberoi Garden City, Goregaon, adding a dedicated food and beverage component to its mixed-use commercial development.

The new dining destination brings together restaurants, bars, cafés and bakeries within the business district, targeting office workers as well as visitors from Mumbai’s western suburbs. The portfolio includes KOKO, Cin Cin, Baliboo, Dakshinayan, Bodega and Hylo Taproom, along with Starbucks, TwentySeven Bakehouse, Greenr and Bayleaf Café.

The dining mix is positioned to cater to business lunches, coffee meetings, after-work gatherings, family dining and weekend visits, extending the commercial district’s hospitality offering beyond office spaces.
