Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa has appointed Abhirath Sah as its new General Manager, bringing more than 19 years of experience across hotel operations, sales, marketing, revenue management and strategic leadership.
Sah joins the Mahabaleshwar property after serving as Director of Operations at Marriott Suites Pune. Before that, he spent nearly five years as Director of Sales & Marketing at JW Marriott Pune. His earlier career includes leadership assignments with The Westin Hyderabad, Sheraton Hyderabad, The Leela Palace Hotels & Resorts, Trident Chennai, Hyatt Hyderabad and Carlson Hospitality Marketing India.
In his new position, Sah will oversee the resort's overall operations and strategic direction, with responsibilities spanning guest experience and business performance. His experience across operational and commercial functions gives him exposure to hotel operations, sales, marketing and revenue management as he takes charge of the property.
