Novotel Mumbai International Airport Appoints Gaurav Malik as Director of Food & Beverage

Novotel Mumbai International Airport has appointed Gaurav Malik as its Director of Food & Beverage, effective 27th October 2026. Malik brings over 12 years of experience in food and beverage operations, having worked with international hospitality brands including Hyatt, Hilton and Radisson.

In his new role, Malik will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations, with responsibilities covering menu and concept development, guest dining experiences, financial performance and operational standards. He will also lead the F&B team and focus on improving operational performance across the hotel’s outlets.

Before joining Novotel Mumbai International Airport, Malik was Director of Food & Beverage at Hyatt Centric Kathmandu, where he managed food and beverage and culinary operations, worked on colleague engagement and introduced new dining concepts. His previous experience also includes roles at Grand Hyatt Goa and Radisson Dubai.
