Nayvedyam Launches Pure Vegetarian South Indian Restaurant in Bengaluru

Nayvedyam, a pure vegetarian restaurant focused on authentic South Indian cuisine. The restaurant was inaugurated by storyteller, filmmaker and actor Sudhanshu Rai and aims to cater to the city's growing demand for traditional regional dining experiences.

Located on Gopalakrishna Adiga Road, Sarajapura Rd, Chikkanayakanahalli, Nayvedyam has been developed around traditional South Indian recipes prepared using fresh ingredients. The menu includes signature dishes such as Ghee Pudi Masala Dosa, Temple Ghee Thatte Idli, regional thalis, along with staples including dosas, idlis, sambhar and chutneys.

Drawing inspiration from the Sanskrit word Naivedyam, which refers to a sacred food offering, the restaurant focuses on serving regional cuisine prepared using traditional methods.

In addition to its South Indian offerings, the restaurant has introduced a selection of North Indian and Indo-Chinese dishes, including Indian curries, dals, breads, Gobi Manchurian, Veg Hakka Noodles, and Fried Rice, allowing it to cater to a wider customer base.

The restaurant operates daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and offers dine-in, takeaway, online ordering and catering services. With the new outlet, Nayvedyam enters Bengaluru's competitive vegetarian dining market, where demand for regional cuisine continues to grow among both local residents and visitors.
