House of Koobideh, known for its Persian-style kebabs in Bengaluru and Mangaluru, is entering Mumbai with a new outlet near Daily Bar on SV Road, Bandra, scheduled to open on September 27, 2026. The restaurant will focus on charcoal-grilled kebabs, Turkish-style Adana rolls, biryani and other meat-based dishes.
The brand is led by Sinan Kader, associated with Bandstand Pantry, Nostalgia and Maraheb, alongside Anas Abdul Rehman and Asad Shacoor. Chef Rizwan Warsi will lead kitchen operations, with the menu centred on meat preparation, charcoal grilling and Persian and Turkish cooking influences.
The menu includes Koobideh kebabs, minced-lamb Adana rolls, Mozzarella Adana Kebab and Kutchi Memon Mutton Biryani. It also features Butter Chicken and Persian Naan, alongside Kunafa for dessert. The offering combines Persian and Turkish grill dishes with regional Indian preparations.
The ground floor features Majlis-style seating with carpets and low sofas, designed for group and family dining. The format adds a communal seating option to the restaurant’s grill-focused menu.
Founder Sinan Kader says, “People of the city love kebabs, biryani as their late-night feasts. House of Koobideh brings those favourites together in Bandra, with premium flavours and everything from our charcoal-grilled kebabs to a regional-style biryani. Come with company, come hungry, and you'll leave full.”
The Bandra opening marks House of Koobideh’s move into Mumbai after establishing its presence in Bengaluru and Mangaluru. Its initial focus will be on bringing its Persian-inspired grill menu and regional biryani offering to the city’s dining market.
