Speciality Restaurants Expands Pune Portfolio with Siciliana

Speciality Restaurants Ltd. has introduced Siciliana in Pune, a restaurant focused on Southern Italian cuisine, with a menu built around seafood, pasta, pizza and Sicilian-style desserts. Led by Chef Saby, also known as Sabyasachi Gorai, the restaurant combines Italian coastal dishes with a communal dining format and Mediterranean-inspired interiors.

The menu features Calamari Involtini, Parsilade Fish, Gambas Alla Plancha and Jumbo Prawn Saganaki, along with Siciliana Signature Focaccia, Sandwich Caprese and Pizza Exotica. Pasta options include Lumaconi Alla Vodka, with diners able to choose between Lumaconi and Trofie for select preparations. The Grand Seafood Stoufato is another key dish on the menu.

The dessert selection, listed under Dolce alla Siciliana, includes Cake Arancia Siciliana, made around the flavour of Sicilian oranges, and Berry Panna Cotta, which is also available as a sugar-free option. Weekend specials include Rosemary Roasted Chicken and Ground Meat Loaf, served in half and full portions.

The restaurant’s design draws on Southern Italian architectural elements, including aged stone, terracotta detailing, blue doors and windows, patterned tiles, arches and cane-and-rattan lighting. An open kitchen and bar form part of the dining space, while a large live-edge timber table anchors the communal dining area.
