Gurugram Gets New 3,800 Sq. Ft. Bistro Lume & Lime in Sector 113

Gurugram’s food and beverage market has added a new premium bistro with the opening of Lume & Lime at M3M SCO Market, Sector 113. The outlet combines a European-inspired menu with Italian, Mexican/Tex-Mex and Mediterranean influences, targeting demand for contemporary casual dining in the growing market.

The 3,800 sq. ft. bistro has been founded by 20-year-old Ananya Agrawal, Vishal Agrawal and Preeti Agrawal. Ananya Agrawal, CEO and Co-founder, is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, while Vishal Agrawal brings more than a decade of business experience to the venture.

The menu includes brick-oven pizzas, tacos, Tex-Mex dishes, Cheese Skillet and the signature Skillet Cookie. The brick oven is central to several of the restaurant’s offerings, with the concept focusing on ingredient quality, freshness, presentation and consistency.

The founders said the business was developed to address a perceived gap in the local market for a premium bistro that could serve both regular dining occasions and celebrations.

“Lume & Lime was created from a simple idea: to build the kind of bistro that we ourselves would love to spend time at, while bringing an international-level café and dining experience to the area. We felt there was a gap for a space that combined the quality of food, ambience and hospitality that one would expect from a global dining destination, and that is what we wanted Lume & Lime to offer. From great food and thoughtful design to warm hospitality, we wanted to create a space that feels comfortable for everyday visits, yet special enough for celebrations and meaningful moments,” says Ananya Agrawal, CEO & Co-founder, Lume & Lime.

Lume & Lime plans to build its customer base through repeat visits and feedback-led menu development. The founders also intend to expand the concept into multiple locations while retaining the operating approach established at the first outlet.
