Swiggy has partnered with Hero MotoCorp to provide its Food Marketplace and Instamart delivery partners with access to two-wheelers at preferential pricing, financing options and road safety training.
The partnership was announced following a road safety programme for Swiggy delivery partners at Hero MotoCorp’s Traffic Training Park in Gurugram. Participants received a safety kit comprising a full-face helmet, medical kit, certificate and reflective safety vest.
Under the arrangement, Swiggy riders can select a Hero MotoCorp model through the Swiggy app and access exclusive pricing at participating Hero dealerships. The programme also includes financing options with up to 90% Loan-to-Value (LTV), along with customised financing solutions.
Road safety training will be conducted across India under Hero MotoCorp’s Ride Safe India CSR initiative. The sessions will combine digital modules with instructor-led practical training covering preventive riding practices, hazard identification, traffic rules, responsible riding and emergency response.
For Swiggy, the partnership links vehicle ownership with delivery-partner economics, as access to personal mobility can affect working flexibility and earning capacity. The integration is also intended to simplify the vehicle purchase process for riders through the Swiggy app and Hero MotoCorp’s dealership network.
Saurav Goyal, Chief Operating Officer, Food Marketplace, Swiggy, said, "Our delivery partners are at the heart of everything we do, and we remain committed to building solutions that support their professional growth and enable them to have a better future. Access to reliable personal mobility plays an important role in enabling delivery partners to improve their earning opportunities while ensuring convenience in their day-to-day work. Through this exclusive partnership with Hero MotoCorp, we are making vehicle ownership more accessible with curated pricing, flexible financing, and a seamless purchase journey designed specifically for our delivery partners. We are hoping that the initiative will enable more delivery partners to join us and earn more.”
Ashutosh Varma, Chief Business Officer, Hero MotoCorp, said, "At Hero MotoCorp, we believe mobility is a powerful enabler of opportunity and economic progress. Our partnership with Swiggy reflects our commitment to making reliable, affordable mobility accessible to India's delivery partners, empowering them to enhance their earning potential while benefiting from Hero's trusted products and extensive service network. Equally important, by integrating road safety training into this initiative, we are reinforcing our commitment to safer roads and rider well-being. Together, we are creating holistic mobility solutions that supports livelihoods and promotes responsible riding.”
The purchase process will use API integration between the two companies. Riders can register their preferred vehicle through the Swiggy app and connect with Hero MotoCorp’s systems to access product and financing benefits. They can then visit the selected dealership, where dedicated customer support will assist them through the purchase process.
The partnership comes as food delivery and quick-commerce companies increasingly focus on delivery-partner support beyond platform-based earnings, including access to mobility, financing and safety initiatives.
