Even Steven Opens New All-Day Diner in Bandra

Even Steven opens in Bandra. It is a 25-seater all-day diner focused on sandwiches, egg dishes, salads, comfort food and coffee.

Founded by Geeta Amin and Timanshu Mokal, the diner has been designed as a casual, high-energy space with an open kitchen and a strong focus on flavour. Chef Christopher Fernandes has led the culinary programme, including a menu that gives vegetarian dishes equal billing alongside meat-based options.

The menu features in-house baked bread and dishes such as Fried Chicken Donut, Pain Suisse Smash, Grilled Halloumi, Caprese Sando, Rigatoni and Steak & Frites. The egg section includes options such as Crab or Chicken Krapow French Toast and Arnold Bennett Omelette.

Coffee is another key focus, with Chemex brews, matcha lattes and signature drinks including Coca-Cola Espresso, Tiramisu Iced Coffee and Island Pineapple Coffee. The diner rounds out the menu with desserts including Banana Foster Toast and Dark Chocolate Ganache, positioning Even Steven as a spot for everything from morning coffee to casual dinners.
