AKU’S - The Burger Co. Opens Two New Outlets in Delhi

Homegrown burger brand AKU’S - The Burger Co. has expanded its Delhi presence with two new outlets in Punjabi Bagh and DLF Midtown, Moti Nagar. Both outlets will offer beer and wine, adding a neighbourhood dining and social element to the brand’s fast-casual format.

Founded in 2017 by Chef Akriti Malhotra and Ankit Malhotra, AKU’S focuses on made-from-scratch food, freshly baked buns, preservative-free patties, house-made sauces and fresh produce.

Chef Akriti Malhotra, Co-founder, AKU’S The Burger Co said, “For me, good food has always been about respecting the ingredient and allowing it to speak for itself. At AKU’S, we have deliberately chosen to put that belief into every part of the process, from the way we source and prepare our ingredients to the way we build each burger. As we grow, protecting that connection between the kitchen, the ingredient and the final plate remains extremely important to us.”

“Delhi has been at the heart of AKU’S from day one, and these two openings allow us to deepen our presence in a city where the brand has grown alongside its guests. Punjabi Bagh and Moti Nagar are both dynamic neighbourhoods with their own communities and rhythms, and we see an opportunity to become a part of that everyday ecosystem. Our focus going forward is to grow responsibly, choose locations thoughtfully and build a brand that has the strength to travel beyond its current markets without losing the character that made it successful,” added Ankit Malhotra, Co-founder, AKU’S - The Burger Co.

The new outlets take the brand’s network to 10 locations across Delhi NCR and Karnal, strengthening its presence across key neighbourhoods. The brand follows its “Fast but Slow” philosophy, combining the convenience of fast-casual dining with a focus on fresh preparation and quality.
