ECHO Bengaluru Targets After-Work Dining With New Cocktails and Tapas Menu

ECHO Cocktail and Tapas Bar at Aloft by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is introducing a refreshed bar concept with a new signature cocktail programme, a globally influenced food menu and rooftop dining. Located at Cessna Business Park, the venue is positioning the updated offering around after-work gatherings, evening drinks and small celebrations.

The new cocktail menu features drinks developed around distinct flavour profiles. Wild Bloom combines gin, curry leaf, apple soda and basil foam, while Amber Drift blends dark rum, jaggery, tamarind and black salt. Other signature cocktails include State of Grace, Midnight Confession, Velvet Hour, Fresh Perspective, Easy Living, Blush Theory, Frontier Soul, Smoke Signals and Untamed.

The food menu includes sharing plates such as Chilli Pesto Burrata, Cream Cheese Korean Garlic Bun, Bhatti Masala Bharwan Paneer, Gochugaru-Braised Chicken, Prawn Balchao and Saffron Lamb Kakori. The selection also features sourdough dishes such as Pesto Paradiso and Sourdough Con Pollo, alongside bowls including Mangalorean Fish Curry Bowl, Nalli Nihari, Super Green Healthy Millets and ECHO Dal-E-Khaas. Desserts include Tiramisu and Baileys Tres Leches.

The refreshed concept extends beyond the menu to music, service and guest interactions. A card-based feature helps guests select cocktails according to their preferences, while radio-inspired elements and frequency graphics form part of the venue’s updated identity.

ECHO Cocktail and Tapas Bar will introduce the refreshed experience on 8 October 2026. The launch featured signature cocktails, a curated tasting menu, and an introduction to the updated concept.
