Courtyard Bengaluru Hebbal Names Ena Roy as New General Manager

Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal has appointed Ena Roy as its new General Manager. She brings over two decades of hospitality experience across hotel operations, pre-openings, renovations, guest services and commercial performance.

Roy joins the property from Sheraton Grand Bangalore Whitefield Hotel & Convention Centre, where she served as Director of Operations. In that role, she managed hotel operations and focused on guest satisfaction and gross operating profit (GOP) performance through revenue-focused strategies across operational departments.

Her previous leadership roles include positions at Hyatt Regency Kolkata, Park Hyatt Chennai, Grand Hyatt Kochi and Four Seasons Mumbai. Her career has also included experience with Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Sheraton, Novotel, Radisson, ITC and Oberoi properties.

At Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal, Roy will oversee the hotel’s strategic, commercial and operational functions, with responsibilities spanning business performance, operational efficiency, team development and guest experience. She will work with the hotel’s leadership team to align operations with changing traveller expectations and strengthen the property’s commercial performance.

Roy’s experience across different hotel brands and operational functions includes managing guest satisfaction, hotel performance and operational transitions. Her appointment comes as she takes charge of the property’s overall operations and business strategy.
