Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal Names Chef Kalpesh Kature Executive Chef

Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal has appointed Chef Kalpesh Kature as its new Executive Chef, strengthening its culinary leadership team. Bringing over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Kalpesh will oversee the hotel's culinary operations across restaurants, banqueting and in-room dining.

Before joining the Bengaluru property, Chef Kalpesh served as Executive Chef at Courtyard by Marriott Shillong, where he managed kitchen operations, menu development, banquet planning, food safety standards and cost optimisation.

During his career, he has worked with several hospitality brands, including Renaissance Ahmedabad Hotel, Fairfield by Marriott Pune Kharadi, ibis Pune by Accor Hotels, Royal Orchids Golden Suites Pune and Radisson Hotel Pune. His experience spans hotel restaurants, corporate dining, destination resorts and large-scale banquet operations.

At Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal, Chef Kalpesh will focus on menu innovation, maintaining food quality and safety standards, mentoring the culinary team and enhancing guest dining experiences.
