BLR Brewing Co. Opens 7th Outlet in Yelahanka

BLR Brewing Co. has opened its seventh outlet in Yelahanka, expanding its presence into North Bengaluru. Located at North Star on Bellary Road, the new brewpub combines craft beer, food, cocktails, music and entertainment in a large-format hospitality setting.

The Yelahanka outlet brings the brand’s house-brewed craft beers alongside a food menu covering South Indian and coastal Karnataka flavours, Indian comfort food and international dishes. The menu includes wood-fired sourdough pizzas, Benne Dosa Tacos, Kundapura Ghee Roast, Avarekal Chaat, biryanis and a range of desserts.

The beverage programme includes house-brewed beers such as Hefeweizen, Belgian Wit, Blonde Ale, Dunkelweizen, IPA, Smoke Wheat, German Helles Exportbier and Festbier. Its “Bengaluru in a Glass” cocktail programme takes inspiration from different Bengaluru neighbourhoods, while the outlet also offers classic cocktails, Sojus and wine.

The outlet has been designed as a series of connected zones, including areas for smaller groups, couples and larger gatherings. A central bar anchors the space, while a dedicated section is used for live music and entertainment. The design incorporates Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space through landscaping, water features, open sections, lighting and layout.

The Yelahanka launch also comes with an expansion of the brand’s footprint across Bengaluru. More than 60% of BLR Brewing Co.'s guests are repeat visitors, according to the company. The brand has also introduced its “Table for 2” dining format across its Yelahanka, Whitefield, Bellandur, Prestige Tech Park (PTP), Electronic City, HSR Layout and Kanakapura Road outlets.

"Yelahanka is only one part of what's ahead for us. We're already working on a 1,000-seater outlet that we expect to open within the next three months, and beyond that, we plan to add five more outlets to the BLR Brewing Co. family over the coming years. Our approach has always been to grow in a way that stays true to who we are. Great beer, food, entertainment and the five elements that define every space we build," added Prasanna Kumar.

The Yelahanka outlet is the seventh BLR Brewing Co. location in Bengaluru. The company plans to continue expanding its brewpub and hospitality footprint across the city, with a 1,000-seater outlet expected within the next three months and five additional outlets planned in the coming years.
