Bella, a new vegetarian all-day dining restaurant, has opened in Malad West, Mumbai, through a collaboration between Address Hospitality and Suved Lohia Hospitality. The outlet combines European-inspired interiors with a menu spanning Continental, Asian and modern Indian cuisines, alongside a cocktail and coffee programme.
The menu includes dishes such as Quinoa Hara Bhara Kebab, Tandoori Pineapple Steak, Smoked Makhani Burrata, Gochujang Mac & Cheese Bites, Edamame Khichdi and Silken Tofu Bhurji. The offering also covers pastas, risottos, salads, sharing plates and wood-fired pizzas, including the Picante Pizza.
The beverage menu features cocktails such as Dark Romance, Madras Moon Mule, Ruby Velvet, Popcorn Royale and Picante Illusion. Its non-alcoholic selection includes Mango Glow, served with house-made muskmelon and mango sorbet, and Cucumber Cloud. Desserts include Bella signature Tiramisu and Chocolate XO.
The restaurant’s layout includes a glass-covered courtyard, a bar inspired by European social clubs, a library-style Blue Den and a private dining room. The interiors use wooden finishes, textured walls, marble, patterned flooring and curated artwork. A fireplace and dedicated DJ console are also part of the space.
Ridhaan Shah, Founder of Bella, said, “We wanted Bella to feel like a place people would enjoy spending time in, not just somewhere they come to eat. From the food and cocktails to the different spaces, every detail has been considered to make the experience warm, comfortable and interesting. We hope guests find something they love on every visit, whether it is a familiar favourite or something new they discover along the way.”
Suved Lohia added, “Bella is an atmosphere of understated sophistication, where every detail invites discovery, every pour is crafted with intention, and every gathering becomes an occasion.”
With its all-day format, vegetarian menu and dedicated bar programme, Bella is positioned to serve multiple dining occasions, including daytime meals, coffee visits, family dining and evening gatherings in Mumbai’s Malad West neighbourhood.
