Basque by Brevé: A New Landmark for Authentic Cheesecake and Specialty Coffee in Bandra

With its rustic charm, caramelized top, and velvety texture, Brevé's San Sebastián Cheesecake has been a city favorite since its debut, igniting a dessert phenomenon that won over local foodies. Founders Usman Bhadelia, a triathlete, and Farhaz Bhadelia, a seasoned coffee roaster and barista, were inspired by the overwhelming response to create Basque by Brevé, a cozy, community-focused café in Bandra where guests can immerse themselves.

Every element, including the open kitchen layout and earthy tones and natural textures, was carefully planned by Kavya Shah to create a cozy and welcoming space. With seating for up to 35 guests, the minimalist decor is complemented by soft, warm lighting, providing a cozy ambiance that strikes a balance between intimacy and space.

Chef Mayor Sakpal contributes a wealth of culinary knowledge with an emphasis on quality ingredients and simplicity.

 A variety of cheesecake flavors, including the traditional Original Basque Cheesecake, the decadent Nutella San Sebastián Cheesecake, the coffee-infused Tiramisu Basque Cheesecake, the cool Strawberry Basque Cheesecake, and Lotus Biscoff Basque Cheesecake, are available to guests at Basque by Brevé. Each flavor is made with ingredients that are sourced locally and is sure to please the palate. With decadent toppings including Belgian Milk Chocolate, 54% Dark Chocolate, Strawberry Coulis, Pistachio Cream, Nutella Cream, Brown Butter Caramel Sauce, and Vanilla Crème Anglaise, guests can further enhance their cheesecake experience.
