Aspect Hospitality Expands F&B Portfolio with JOKER in Bandra

Aspect Hospitality has expanded its food and beverage portfolio with the launch of JOKER, an all-day coffee and cocktail bar on Turner Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai. Opened on 2nd August 2026, the outlet introduces a day-to-night hospitality concept that operates as a specialty café during the day and transitions into a cocktail-led venue in the evening.

Designed for consumers seeking flexible dining and social spaces, JOKER combines specialty coffee, cocktails and an all-day food menu under one roof. The concept is inspired by the Joker card, with the venue positioned around changing experiences throughout the day rather than a fixed dining format.

During daytime hours, the outlet operates as a café serving specialty coffee and casual dining, catering to professionals, meetings and informal gatherings. As evening approaches, the venue shifts to a cocktail-focused format featuring presentation-led beverages and interactive drink experiences.

The beverage menu includes specialty coffee options such as Joker Twist, Frost and Fortune, and Brandy Barrel Aged pour-over coffee. The cocktail selection features drinks including Forbidden Berries, Laughing Ace, Royal Bluff, False Reflection, and Joker's Poison, alongside an all-day food menu comprising Beer Batter Fish & Chips, Animal Style Fried Chicken, Boom Boom Prawns, Lemon Chicken & Avocado Toast, Moroccan Pulled Lamb on Sourdough, and the Mountain Chilli Cottage Cheese Rice Bowl.
