Chef Vividh Patil is the Executive Chef of Sofital Mumbai BKC. He began his career in 2003 as
a Commis III at JW Marriott, and through years of dedication and discipline, he now leads as
Executive Chef at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, where he oversees diverse culinary operations while
upholding a strong commitment to authenticity and innovation.
As Executive Chef, Chef Vividh oversees the culinary direction across all of Sofi tel Mumbai
BKC’s dining destinations, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence. At Pondichéry
Café, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, he curates expansive buffets featuring French,
Indian, and international specialties. At Jyran, the hotel’s signature Indian restaurant, he
focuses on robust regional delicacies that celebrate the diversity of India. Artisan, the
French-inspired bistro and pâtisserie, refl ects his fl air for blending French fi nesse
with contemporary touches, while Le Bar Diamantaire serves as a sophisticated lounge and bar
experience.
Chef Vividh also manages Club Millésime Kitchen, dedicated to the hotel’s executive lounge.
He also plays a pivotal role at Tuskers, Sofi tel’s renowned pure vegetarian fine dining
restaurant, where he ensures traditional vegetarian recipes are elevated with contemporary
presentation and authentic techniques. In addition to overseeing banquets and large-scale
catering operations, ensuring memorable culinary experiences for weddings, conferences, and
bespoke gatherings.
