Partnered with Sleepy Owl and ITC B Natural to strengthen the breakfast and beverage experience. Sustainability: Driving the Sustainability & Food Safety agenda with initiatives like FSSAI audits across the ibis portfolio (achieved 94% compliance), HACCP implementation across 70 Accor hotels, and the upcoming transition to 100% cage-free eggs by end of 2025.
