Oshtori is an accomplished leader, entrepreneur, and seasoned hospitality maestro. Being a Millennial and very forward thinking, he believes that the best form of Marketing is “Word of Mouth” and the best source of Revenue is “Loyalty” and implementing these ideologies he now opens doors at for his new venture at Bandra. 1633 is a cool, relaxed and chic neighbourhood bar which will allows residents to celebrate the 6 villages of Bandra by combining its people, food, cocktails, culture and heritage. In building the right team at 1633, Shahrom prioritizes hiring for attitude and fostering skill development through training. With 70% of the team coming from hotel backgrounds and 30% with standalone restaurant experience, he is building 1633 with a unique blend of expertise. His hospitality career spans across and showcases some of the most iconic hotels in Mumbai. Through his past experiences he has gained incredible knowledge in the food and beverage sector. He began his career in hospitality in 2004 at the JW Marriott Mumbai as Food and Beverage Associate assisting at In Room Dining and Spices. From Team Leader to F&B Executive at the JW Marriott, he subsequently moved into various positions.
