With over two decades of experience across India’s leading luxury and business hotels, Neha Chhabra brings a legacy of excellence, innovation, and people-centric leadership to her role as General Manager at Sofitel Mumbai BKC. Her appointment marks a new chapter in the hotel’s journey of refinement, where French elegance meets Indian warmth. A graduate of the Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development (OCLD), Neha began her career with The Oberoi Group, where she honed her operational expertise and developed a strong foundation in food and beverage management.
Over the years, she has held pivotal leadership roles at The Oberoi New Delhi, The Trident Bandra Kurla, and JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, overseeing large-scale operations, driving guest satisfaction, and creating memorable dining and hospitality experiences. Leadership and Growth Before joining Sofitel Mumbai BKC, Neha served as General Manager at JW Marriott Goa, where she led the hotel’s positioning as one of North Goa’s premier luxury resorts. Under her leadership, the property achieved remarkable recognition, securing 27 industry awards within its first year of opening, including honors from Travel + Leisure India, Condé Nast Traveler, and HICSA Hotel of the Year 2024. Her tenure at Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal further cemented her reputation for operational excellence and strategic agility, as she guided the property to record-breaking performance and guest satisfaction scores. At JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, Neha played a key role in overseeing the operations of one of the city’s largest five-star business hotels, managing a team of over 700 associates and maintaining consistently high brand standards.
