Mayank Bhatt is the Founder of All In Hospitality, a visionary company created to bring the expertise and passion of hospitality professionals to life. With an illustrious career spanning over 22 years, Mayank has consistently pushed the boundaries of innovation and excellence in the hospitality and F&B industry.
Mayank’s journey began at ITC Hotels in Mumbai, where he laid the foundation for his hospitality career. His pursuit of excellence took him to the UK, where he earned a Master's in Hospitality from the University of West London and worked alongside the celebrated Chef Cyrus Todiwala, deepening his understanding of global culinary and operational standards.
Upon returning to India, in 2008, Mayank joined the legendary Blue Frog as Food & Beverage Manager, where he played a critical role in transforming the venue into India’s premier live music destination. His leadership boosted beverage and overall sales turnover, setting new benchmarks for the brand. He later returned to Blue Frog as Head of Operations, steering its growth and solidifying its iconic status. Mayank then ventured into the beverage industry with Diageo India, serving as Customer Marketing Manager for the West Region. During his tenure, he spearheaded the launch of World Class, Diageo’s premier reserve portfolio initiative in India, honing his skills in brand management, programming strategy, and innovation.
