Dishant Pritamani owns The Second House Goa, The Daily All Day – Mumbai & Pune, Tsuki Pune,
Cafe Lento – Pune & Goa. He didn’t step into hospitality with a hotel management degree. He
stepped in with instinct. A builder of experiences before anything else, his journey began
not in a classroom but in moments of curiosity, connection, and a quiet determination to
create spaces that feel alive.
In 2013, he launched The Daily Bar & Kitchen in Mumbai, an urban classic that transitions
effortlessly from a neighbourhood bar to buzzy gig space and cocktail bar. More than just a
restaurant, it became a cultural fixture and proof that a venue can have a heartbeat.
Since then, what began as one magnetic space has grown into a portfolio of purpose-driven
destinations across India, each one deeply personal and intentional.
At the heart of it all is a radical commitment to people. For Dishant, hospitality is not
just about service. It is about stewardship. His venues reinvest in the very teams that run
them, with every service charge going toward staff development. From financial literacy to
skydiving and river rafting, the goal is to expand minds, build confidence, and prove that
careers in hospitality can be truly transformational.
