Arjun Baljee is a second-generation hotelier and entrepreneur closely involved in the growth of Royal Orchid Hotels.
A graduate of Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, he combines strong academic grounding with a practical, forward-looking approach to hospitality. At Royal Orchid Hotels, he has played a key role in driving expansion, innovation and partnerships that have strengthened the brand’s presence across India.
He is also the founder of ICONIQA, an upscale lifestyle hospitality brand designed for today’s modern traveller. ICONIQA brings together global design, Indian warmth and a strong sense of community to create experiences that go beyond just a stay. Arjun’s vision is to carry forward the legacy of Royal Orchid while shaping ICONIQA into a brand built for the future.
With a keen interest in design, culture and guest engagement, Arjun continues to explore new ways hospitality can connect with people through experiences, loyalty and meaningful partnerships.
