Aditya Dugar, a Mumbai native, holds a Finance and International Business degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University. After relocating to the West Coast, he obtained a Graduate Gemologist Degree from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). On returning to India, he assumed a leadership role in the family business, expanding its wholesale operations to include retail and manufacturing of jewellery. This culminated in the establishment of a physical store in Bengaluru.
Dugar's diverse international experiences, having resided in Italy, the United Kingdom and the United States, have cultivated his appreciation for cuisine, the arts and architecture. This passion led him to co-found Masque in 2016 alongside his wife, Aditi.
Throughout his career, Dugar has successfully managed both – the restaurant, and the gem and jewellery businesses. Recognising the immense potential for growth in the food and beverage sector, he actively contributes to Urban Gourmet India's expansion plans. Aditya aims for high-growth scalability while overseeing the Group's infrastructure and financial matters. In 2025, he fulfilled a two-decade old dream with the opening of Paradox, a cocktail bar in Mahalakshmi, Mumbai.
