A turning point came after a formative vacation to Italy, where the cadence of neighbourhood cafés, human-scale design and an effortless culture of conviviality inspired her to reimagine what dining could be. She returned to India and launched her first restaurant - Homemade Café.
What started as an idea sparked on those Italian streets then set a foundation for a growing portfolio of concepts that value atmosphere as much as cuisine.
