The Westin Pune, Koregaon Park introduces Atlas for a novel dining experience

The Westin Pune, Koregaon Park launches a completely new dining experience to Pune City. Just recently, the hotel had launched 24x7 restaurant Daily Treats and after its huge success, the hotel is back with another new restaurant at the property.

More than just a dining space, Atlas is designed to provide an experience featuring different cuisines every month. Each month the hotel will host an expat chef specialising in the cuisine to curate a menu for the month.

For example, the month of January will feature Sri Lankan cuisine. Although a close neighbor of India, Sri Lankan cuisine still remains unexplored. To educate the taste buds of food enthusiasts, the hotel is hosting Chef Saman Weerakkody from Weligama Bay Marriott Resort & Spa. Chef Saman is known to be an expert in Sri Lankan cuisine and has an experience of over 20 years in the food industry. His modern presentation of traditional Sri Lankan dishes will surely be an treat for all those who visit the restaurant this month.

The first menu will include some of the famous Sri Lankan dishes like Isso Wade, Srilankan Vegetable Cutlet, Sambal, String hoppers with curry, Kottu, Watalappan and much more.

To enhance this experience, the interiors of Atlas are subtle, elegant and contemporary. The restaurant also boasts of an exhaustive list of delectable wines and high end spirits from different parts of the world.
