The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace Names Harish Kumar as Director of Rooms

The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace has appointed Harish Kumar as its Director of Rooms, bringing over 15 years of experience in luxury and upper-upscale hospitality across India and the Middle East.

Kumar’s experience covers Rooms Division, Front Office operations, guest experience, team development and commercial performance. Before joining The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, he served as Director of Rooms at The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat and Front Office Manager at NH Collection Ibn Battuta Gate in Dubai.

He was also recognised among Hozpitality’s Best 30 Power Front Office Leaders in the Middle East 2023 for his work in service excellence, innovation and guest-focused leadership.

Harish Kumar said, “I am pleased to join The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace and take on the responsibility of leading the Rooms Division. In his new role, Kumar will oversee the hotel’s Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa & Wellness and guest experience initiatives. His responsibilities will include service standards, operational efficiency, talent development and supporting the hotel’s commercial performance.

His appointment adds leadership experience across rooms operations and guest services to The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace as the hotel continues to focus on service delivery, operational performance and team development.
