The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace Appoints Amit as General Manager

The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace has appointed Amit as General Manager, bringing a Marriott International career spanning more than 15 years into the hotel’s leadership team. His experience covers commercial strategy, revenue management and business performance across South Asian markets.

Amit joined Marriott International in 2013 as a Revenue Manager and subsequently held leadership positions across Bengaluru and South Asia. Before taking up the new role, he served as Senior Director, Revenue Strategy – South Asia, where he was responsible for commercial strategy and performance across a portfolio of more than 150 hotels in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan.

During his Marriott career, Amit has worked with hotel teams, owners and regional leadership on revenue growth, market share and broader business priorities. His experience includes the Marriott-Starwood integration, hotel and resort pre-openings, post-pandemic recovery and the launch of the Series by Marriott brand.

In his new position at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, Amit will oversee hotel operations and business performance, with a focus on market positioning, operational efficiency and guest and associate experience.
