TABLE by Tatva Hills has opened on MG Road as a 25-seater all-day dining restaurant built around seasonal produce and an ingredient-led approach to cooking.
The restaurant draws from Tatva Hills’ growing ecosystem, with seasonal vegetables, herbs and other produce sourced through Tatva Fresh. The kitchen adapts its menu based on what is available and at its best, resulting in dishes that change with the seasons.
TABLE operates across breakfast, lunch, weekend brunch and dinner. Its breakfast menu includes freshly baked sourdough, coffee, botanical breakfast bowls, Turkish Poached Eggs and Shakshuka Verde. Lunch options include handmade pastas, seasonal pizzettes, salads and seasonal plates, while the weekend brunch focuses on bread, eggs, produce and shareable dishes. Dinner includes seasonal dishes, handmade pastas, pizzettes and desserts.
The 25-seat format is designed for casual dining, with the restaurant positioned to serve different dayparts rather than operate around a single meal occasion. Its ingredient-first model also incorporates seasonal sourcing, whole-ingredient utilisation and a focus on reducing food waste.
According to Tatva Hills, TABLE was created to bring its connection with farming and seasonal produce into a city dining format, allowing the availability of ingredients to influence the menu and cooking approach.
