SLMG Beverages Names Lagan Shastri as CEO, Sets US$10 Billion Enterprise Value Target

SLMG Beverages Private Limited has appointed Lagan Shastri as its Chief Executive Officer, effective August 10, 2026, as the Coca-Cola bottling partner prepares for its next phase of expansion across operations, manufacturing, supply chain and digital capabilities.

As CEO, Shastri will oversee SLMG's market operations and growth strategy, with the company planning further investments in manufacturing infrastructure, supply chain capabilities, digital systems, people and customer partnerships. The company is targeting an enterprise value of US$10 billion and aims to be recognised among the Top 10 Global Coca-Cola Bottlers.

Shastri holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi. He will be based at SLMG Beverages' corporate office in Lucknow and report to the Operational Board.
