Wah! Foods Targets Rs 250 Crore Revenue by FY30 With Street-Food QSR Expansion

Wah! Foods, the company operating Wah! Puchka and Wah! Litti, is targeting annual revenue of Rs 250 crore by FY30 as it prepares to scale its Indian street-food quick service restaurant (QSR) business. The company currently operates across Kolkata and Pune and plans to deepen its presence in these markets before entering additional cities. Its expansion strategy will follow a cluster-led model, with compact high-street outlets supported by dedicated city-level teams.

Wah! Foods said it has established outlet-level profitability, standard operating procedures, centralised supply chains and technology-enabled systems, which it plans to use as the foundation for its next phase of expansion.

The company is also preparing to enter the packaged-food segment with products based on Indian street-food formats. The move will extend its business beyond physical QSR outlets and into packaged offerings.

“I’ve always believed that India’s biggest opportunities lie in organising categories that millions of consumers already love. Street food is one of them. The brand that can bring together authenticity, hygiene, consistency and scale has the potential to create an iconic consumer business. Wah! Foods is building with that vision and I’m excited to back the founders and support their journey as an investor in my personal capacity,” said Sagar Daryani, Founder of Wow! Momo.

Ankita, Co-founder of Wah! Foods, said the company has seen stronger repeat business and marketing efficiency during its recent growth phase. “The customer is our real investor. When customers return without discounts, it validates both our product and experience. Stronger repeat behaviour and better marketing ROI have helped us grow nearly threefold over the last 12 months. We are now preparing for the next phase with a stronger team, better systems, and a clear growth plan.”

The company is positioning the business around organised street-food operations, with a focus on standardisation, supply-chain control and consistency as it expands across markets. The planned packaged-food entry and city expansion will form the next stage of Wah! Foods' growth strategy as it works towards its Rs 250 crore FY30 revenue target.
