Seoulmate Soju Enters Maharashtra With Six Flavoured Variants

Nuvola Spirits Pvt. Ltd., the company behind Mikiamo Italian Liqueurs and recently backed by United Spirits (Diageo India), has launched Seoulmate Soju in Maharashtra. The launch expands the brand’s presence into Mumbai’s bar, restaurant and premium retail channels.

Seoulmate Soju is made using rice distillate and is available in a 375 ml bottle at 15.5% ABV, priced at ₹650. The range includes an original variant along with Strawberry Mint, Pink Guava Chilli, Cola Vanilla, Watermelon Bubblegum, Black Grape and Peach Iced Tea.

The brand is positioned around Korean drinking culture, with the range designed for consumption across bars, restaurants and home gatherings. Its launch format also incorporates group games and other social drinking rituals.

Seoulmate Soju was previously launched in Goa and has also expanded across Delhi, Haryana and Karnataka. Maharashtra is the latest market in the company’s expansion plans, with the product set to be available across Mumbai through bars, restaurants and premium retail outlets.

“Seoulmate Soju reflects our vision of making global drinking cultures accessible and relevant to Indian consumers,” said Aakriti Kochhar Sachdeva, Co-founder, Nuvola Spirits. “With its approachable profile and bold flavours, it's designed to transform how young India experiences social drinking, and Mumbai's vibrant nightlife scene is the perfect stage for that.”

The Maharashtra launch adds another market to Nuvola Spirits’ distribution network as the company expands its portfolio beyond Mikiamo Italian Liqueurs. The company said the Seoulmate Soju launch follows the response to the brand’s earlier market entries, including its recent Karnataka launch.

Seoulmate Soju is now being positioned across multiple consumption channels, with Mumbai’s hospitality sector forming a key part of its Maharashtra distribution strategy.
