Gurugram’s Asian dining segment has added a new restaurant with the opening of SAN SAN at AIPL Masterpiece on Golf Course Road. The restaurant focuses on contemporary Asian cuisine, combining a broad menu with a design-led dining format aimed at lunch, dinner and social occasions.
The menu covers vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, including Tofu Carpaccio, Salmon Tuna Tartare and No-Nori Sushi with Vietnamese asparagus. Other offerings include Truffle Corn Ribs, Gochujang Chicken Yakitori, Bird’s Eye Chilli Prawns and a Donburi section featuring rice-based meals. The restaurant’s interiors use soft lighting and textured finishes, with the space designed to accommodate both daytime dining and evening gatherings.
Founder Ansh Khanijo said, "SAN SAN was born from years of travelling and exploring Asian cuisines. We wanted to create a place where every detail feels thoughtful, from the food to the atmosphere and where people come back not just for the food, but for the experience."
The opening adds another Asian dining option to Golf Course Road, where restaurants and hospitality operators continue to target consumers looking for differentiated food formats and experience-led dining spaces.
