The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake and Lakeside Chalet, Marriott Executive Apartments have appointed Neha Chowdhury as Director of Sales & Marketing, strengthening the property's commercial leadership team as it focuses on revenue growth, market positioning, and brand development.

With more than two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, Chowdhury brings expertise in hotel sales, commercial strategy, revenue management, and business development. In her new role, she will oversee sales and marketing operations across the property, with a focus on driving top-line revenue, expanding market share, strengthening brand visibility, and implementing growth-focused commercial strategies.

Over the course of her career, Chowdhury has held leadership roles with several hospitality brands, including Grand Hyatt Mumbai, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, The St. Regis Mumbai, and most recently Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport. Her experience spans luxury hospitality, revenue optimization, sales leadership, and market expansion initiatives.

Known for her focus on team development and commercial performance, Chowdhury has consistently worked on building client relationships, improving business outcomes, and aligning sales and marketing strategies with long-term growth objectives. Her leadership approach emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and execution-driven planning.

Among her career achievements, she secured the first rank in Maharashtra during her final year of Hotel Management studies and was recognized as a President’s Circle Winner during her tenure with Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai. More recently, the sales team at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport, under her leadership, received the Sales Team of the Year award at the Elite Awards for two consecutive years in 2024 and 2025.

The appointment comes as The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake and Lakeside Chalet, Marriott Executive Apartments continue to strengthen their commercial capabilities in Mumbai’s competitive hospitality market.

In her new role, Chowdhury will focus on enhancing commercial performance, increasing guest engagement, and driving revenue-led growth initiatives while supporting the property's broader business objectives.
