Restaurant India News: Toscano Returns to Delhi with New Unity One Mall Outlet

Toscano, a well-known Italian dining brand in India, has launched a new outlet at Unity One Mall, marking its return to Delhi. Known for its Tuscan-inspired cuisine, the restaurant serves a mix of pizzas, handmade pastas, and classic Italian mains. The brand already operates across key cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Delhi.

Founded by Jean-Michel Jasserand and Goutham, Toscano blends European cooking techniques with flavours suited to Indian diners. With more than 20 outlets nationwide, it has built a strong following for its sourdough pizzas, seasonal offerings, and curated multi-course meals.

The new outlet’s menu includes dishes such as goat cheese and pear salad, Pizza Toscano, grilled Norwegian salmon, and Chicken di Toscano filled with spinach and ricotta. Desserts like tiramisu, crème brûlée, and Kahlua mousse continue to be highlights. While wines and cocktails will be added soon, the current beverage selection focuses on mocktails.

The space reflects Toscano’s signature aesthetic, featuring earthy tones with green and brown accents, minimal lighting, and a relaxed ambience. An alfresco seating area further enhances the overall European-style dining experience.
