She began her journey with IHCL Taj Hotels, where she spent close to a decade as an executive housekeeper. During this time, she played a key role in several pre-opening projects and large-scale renovations, building a solid foundation in operational execution—an asset for leading a newly launched hotel. She later transitioned into Learning & Development, contributing significantly to talent growth and organisational culture.
