Beginning his career at The Imperial, New Delhi, Chef Ankit has gone on to contribute to renowned hotels and brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, Taj West End Bengaluru, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, Conrad Pune, and Radisson Blu Hotel, London Bloomsbury. His journey reflects deep expertise across global cuisines, strong technical mastery, and a leadership approach rooted in discipline, creativity, and integrity.
