
Stuffed Food LLP, a dynamic new force in the Indian food and beverage sector, has launched its three pioneering brands i.e. ST-UFF, Yolk Theory, and South Coffee Bar under one roof in Kondapur. This multi-brand destination promises to make Indian food "cool, creative, and convenient" for the modern consumer.
The vision behind this ambitious venture comes from the powerful partnership of Ankit Patel, the creative restaurateur behind award-winning brands like The Marich, and Sandeep Kintali, a seasoned operator with deep expertise in hospitality. Together, they blend brand vision with operational mastery to create a scalable, soulful dining experience.
“We identified a clear gap in the market where quick service either compromised on health or authenticity,” said Ankit Patel, Founder, Stuffed Food LLP. “With ST-UFF, Yolk Theory, and South Coffee Bar, we’re not just serving food; we’re reinventing beloved staples. We’re giving Hyderabad a taste of the future of Indian casual dining—one that is inventive, Instagram-worthy, and deeply rooted in flavour.”
The new space brings together three innovative concepts under one roof. ST-UFF reinvents the classic idli by turning it into a protein-rich, stuffed dish, with signatures such as the Chicken Keema Idli and the Beetroot & Carrot Idli. Yolk Theory celebrates the egg as a gourmet ingredient, offering protein-forward, street-style dishes like the Egg Southern Sixty-Five and the Nargisi Egg Kheema. South Coffee Bar pays homage to South India’s filter coffee tradition, serving brews sourced directly from Chikmagalur, including favourites like Bellam Bliss and Madras Degree Filter Coffee.
Led by Chef Amar and his team, the culinary approach across all three brands is rooted in “Modern South Indian Fusion,” blending traditional methods with global influences. The focus remains on high-quality, traceable ingredients from premium Hyderabad-made idli batter to locally sourced eggs and fresh produce.
The 64-seater Kondapur outlet is designed as a community-centric space that feels modern, soulful, and inventive. Warm tones and wooden textures highlight each brand’s story, while a dedicated coffee bar gives guests a view of the authentic decoction brewing process.
“Our ‘Guest First’ philosophy means we deliver fast, friendly service without ever compromising on the soul of a home-cooked meal,” added Sandeep Kintali, Co-Founder. “We’ve built this brand for the youth, the professionals, and the families of Hyderabad a place they can call their own.”
Positioned in the affordable casual dining segment (₹300-₹400 for two), the venue will offer dine-in, takeaway, and delivery options. The founders have ambitious plans to expand across South India and key metros, with a vision to launch 50 outlets within two years. Stuffed Food LLP aims to be more than a restaurant; it aims to be a neighborhood staple, with plans to host community events and collaborate with local gyms and corporates to promote healthy, creative eating.
