
The St. Regis Mumbai has appointed Raj Goswami as the Director of Food & Beverage for Penthouse Mumbai, effective November 2025. Goswami brings over 12 years of experience with leading global luxury hospitality brands. In his new role, he will oversee the F&B vision for Penthouse Mumbai, develop its culinary identity and further strengthen its positioning as one of Mumbai’s top luxury destinations.
Goswami previously served as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, where he managed signature restaurants, large banqueting operations and high-end guest experiences. He has also held leadership roles as Director of Restaurants, Bars & Banquets.
His international experience includes positions with Four Seasons Hotels in the Maldives and Bahrain, where he led fine-dining concepts, bar programmes and multicultural teams. He began his career with The Oberoi Hotels in Agra, building a strong foundation in personalised hospitality.
Speaking on his appointment, Raj said, “The St. Regis Mumbai has always set the benchmark for luxury dining in the city. My approach will be centred on innovation, consistency, and people. Together with the team, we aim to craft elevated dining moments that reflect the evolving expectations of our guests and the energy of Mumbai.”
