The Silky Elephant, a vegetarian fine-dining restaurant opens in J.P. Nagar, Bengaluru. The new venture aims to showcase vegetarian cuisine through a blend of traditional flavours, global influences, and contemporary presentation.

Designed to offer an immersive dining experience, the restaurant features elegant interiors with dark-toned flooring, green accents, warm lighting, and artistic décor. Guests can also learn about the inspiration and ingredients behind each dish through the restaurant's storytelling-led service approach.

The menu features dishes inspired by Indian, European, and Asian cuisines. Signature offerings include Charcoal Dahi Kebabs, Beetroot Burrata Kofta in saffron cashew gravy, Chettinad Mushroom Curry, and Zaffran Paneer Biryani prepared with Iranian saffron and slow cooked for enhanced flavour.
